Project Description: Project Description: MHADA has revolutionized the way application for house-allotment is carried out through the lottery-based system. Through this system, allotment of houses constructed by the MHADA, to the citizens of Maharashtra is now conducted in fair, transparent and equitable manner. The software was developed and implemented in record 2 months time-frame, which has feature link SMS and Netbanking integration, secured web-interface etc. The entire process, from application to the flat-allocation is now online. This has resulted from speedy processing of citizen applications, as well as flat-allocation and refund process. The long queues, earlier seen at the bank counters or across MHADA offices have vanished. The system processed 87647 applications for 1244 houses in approximately 10-15 days. It also saved over 50 lakh papers. The refund process was also quick.

Project Description: Project Description: Government of Maharashtra has implemented the ‘Rajiv Gandhi Jeevandayee Arogya Yojana (RGJAY)’ across the State to assist about 2 crores of BPL and APL families with cashless quality medical care requiring hospitalization through a network of 150 hospitals. The Scheme covers 971 medical and surgical procedures and provides insurance cover of Rs. 1.5 lakh per beneficiary family. The first phase of the project, launched last year in eight districts covering 49 lakhs families has been very successful. Till date over 100000 surgeries/therapies, costing Rs 25000 on an average got performed. Over Rs. 160 crore was disbursed as claim settlement, out of which 50% of the claims are settled within 7 days. A centralized helpdesk with a toll-free number (155388 /18002332200) provides assistance to beneficiaries/citizen.

Project Description: Sanganakiya Gramin Maharashtra (SANGRAM)/e-Panchayat is a Mission Mode Project (MMP) which comprise 11 software to bring transparency and uniformity in Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) day-to-day work.Uniform ICT Infrastructure in all PRIs(around 28000) delivering citizen services at the grass-root level called GRAM SEVA KENDRA (GSK) in Maharashtra under this MMP. SANGRAM kendras aim to provide all government/business/Financial Inclusion services available to the common man in his/her locality and ensure efficiency, transparency, and reliability of such services at affordable costs to realize the basic needs of the common man. It is one of the largest and successful ICT implementation at Gram Panchayat level in India.
